Sprinkle with taco seasoning. (Use as much or as little as you want, according to your taste.)
Pour can of tomatoes with juice over chicken.
Cook 8-10 hours on low.
Shred chicken with fork and stir with beans and tomatoes.
Serve with rice and make into tacos, or make a chicken salad!
Notes
You can also use dry black beans and soak them overnight for this recipe. It's much healthier than using canned beans. I also recommend adding 1/3 cup water mid-day if possible to help keep the chicken moist.
